EXECUTIVE PASTOR(s)

The Kingdom Centre is a multi-cultural, community based ministry, geared to the building of its community by empowering its people to live productive and whole lives in every area. We are in search of an Executive Pastor who will assist the Senior Pastor with the leadership, Pastoral Care and Administration of The Kingdom Centre on a day-to-day basis. This position can be shared with a couple who maybe operating together in ministry. And this position will begin on a voluntary/internship basis and could lead to a salaried position.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Born-again believer
• Must adhere to the Bible as the only, inerrant Word of God
• Must have a deep call of ministry on your life, not just a desire to do ministry
• Must be open to Kingdom Concepts and willing to adhere to the principles of Kingdom and

structure the children’s ministry on these same principles
• Must adhere and understand the vision of the Kingdom Centre

Leadership Qualifications
• Assist in implementing the mission/vision of The Kingdom Centre
• Involve, equip and develop leaders who have the heart of the ministry
• Provide insight, direction, organization, support and if needed correction to various ministry

teams

Pastoral Qualifications
• Care for the leaders to which he will be responsible for
• Coordinate Pastoral Care matter for those who are in need
• Will be the contact person for all issues involving weddings, funerals, baptisms, baby

dedications etc.
• Provide Biblical counsel to those in conflict or crisis

Administration Qualifications
• Oversight of church operations (office administration and facility administration)
• Liaison between members of The Kingdom Centre and the Senior Pastor
• Assist in planning and managing ministry business meetings/administration
• Assist in preparing of monthly ministry reports
• Manage ministry calendar with the Senior Executive Administrator
• Manage ministry communication with the Senior Executive Administrator

The Executive Pastor should:

• Have excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Be able to cast vision and give clear directions
• Be able to involve and lead leaders of the ministry
• Be mature, approachable and accessible to the ministry and its members
• Have integrity and a spirit of excellence in ministry and in life
• Be able to discern the needs of the people and respond accordingly
• Have a servants heart and a leaders mindset

Reports to:
The Executive Pastor(s) will report directly to the Senior Pastor on all matters involving the ministry. They will be the eyes and ears of the ministry to ensure that the Senior Pastor is kept abreast of everything involving the ministry. You will be accountable to the Senior Pastor as well as to all that you will have leadership of and those attached to this ministry.

HISPANIC OUTREACH PASTOR

The Kingdom Centre is a multi-cultural, community based organization, geared to the building of its community by empowering its people to live productive and whole lives in every area. We are in search of a Hispanic/Spanish speaking Pastor to develop our much needed Spanish congregation/ministry within our small but growing Kingdom community.

The foundation of the Hispanic ministry will be based on outreach. The Hispanic Pastor will reach out within the community and invite people to become a part of a growing Kingdom movement of God. This position will begin on a voluntary/internship basis and could lead to a salaried position.

Qualifications
• Must be a Born-again believer
• Must adhere to the Bible as the only, inerrant Word of God
• Must have a deep call of ministry on your life, not just a desire to do ministry
• Must be open to Kingdom Concepts and willing to adhere to the principles of Kingdom and

structure the Hispanic ministry on those same principles
• Must have and understand the vision of The Kingdom Centre
• Should have a heart for the lost and un-churched within the city of Charlotte and surrounding

area
• Should be able to develop and grow a leadership team and understand how to delegate
• Must understand the concept of being led by example, how to be a servant and to support the

vision/mission of the church and the Senior Pastor
• Candidate should have some formal ministry training/education/internship that is able to be

verified
• The Kingdom Centre is not “church as usual” therefore the Hispanic Pastor should be able to

embrace a non-traditional ministry approach that will be successful in reaching all ages from

infant to senior

Leadership Responsibilities
• Assist in implementing the mission/vision of The Kingdom Centre
• Create and implement programs and events which will help build the Hispanic community of

The Kingdom Centre

• Assist with the growth, equipping and development of leaders who have the heart of the

ministry
• Provide insight, direction, organization, and support to various ministry

teams

• Help build and grow the Hispanic Outreach ministry for The Kingdom Centre

Pastoral Qualifications
• Care for the leaders to which he will be responsible for

Executive Administrator

The Hispanic Pastor should:

• Be Bilingual able to speak both fluent English and Spanish

• Be able to cast vision and give clear directions

• Be able to involve and lead leaders of the ministry
• Be mature, approachable and accessible to the ministry and its members
• Have integrity and a spirit of excellence in ministry and in life
• Be able to discern the needs of the people and respond accordingly
• Have a servants heart and a leaders mindset

Reports to:
As the Hispanic Pastor, you will report directly to the Executive Pastor who reports to the Senior Pastor. You’re accountability will be to those who you will minister to and all attached to this ministry.

KINGDOM KIDZ PASTOR

Are you passionate about cultivating the next generation of citizens in the Kingdom of God? Do you love to experience genuine pure worship as exhibited by children?

The Kingdom Centre is a multi-cultural, community based ministry, geared to the building of its community by empowering its people to live productive and whole lives in every area. We are in search of a Kingdom Kidz Youth Pastor to ignite a desire for a genuine relationship with Christ and to equip kids for the spiritual battle they encounter on a daily basis.

The Kingdom Kidz Youth Pastor will also encourage and equip parents in developing a biblical kingdom-view in their children. This position will begin on a voluntary/internship basis and could lead to a salaried position.

Qualifications
• Must be a Born-again believer
• Must adhere to the Bible as the only, inerrant Word of God
• Must have a deep call of ministry on your life, not just a desire to do ministry
• Must be open to Kingdom Concepts and willing to adhere to the principles of Kingdom and

structure the children’s ministry on these same principles
• Must adhere and understand the vision of the Kingdom Centre
• Must be able to create an irresistible environment that makes kids want to come back each

week

Responsibilities
• Oversee all programming and ministry for children infant to 5th grade for all services and for

special events
• Choose and prepare curriculum for each program and each age level
• Create environments, activities and programming for each group that will facilitate learning

and courage spiritual growth
• Compose a strategy for reaching and assimilating new children/families
• Communicate consistently with parents as well as provide tools they need for spiritual

leadership at home

Special Expectations
The Youth Pastor should:
• Be willing and able to work in a fast paced environment within a variety of settings and

circumstances
• Exercise discernment and wise judgment especially dealing with children
• Be able to give extreme attention to details with an eye for excellence to provide our children

an example to emulate
• Be a self-starter and great at multi-tasking
• Be able to recruit, train and lead teams of volunteers within the Kingdom Kidz Ministry

Reports to:
The Kingdom Kidz Youth Pastor will report directly to the Youth Culture Pastor who will report to the Executive Pastor who reports directly to the Senior Pastor. Your accountability will be to the children who you will have care of and all attached to this ministry (parents, siblings etc)

LEVITICAL PRAISE AND WORSHIP LEADERS

Is praise and worship more than just a song to you? Are you able to minister in song allowing the people of God to have a genuine encounter with God?

The Kingdom Centre is a multi-cultural, community based ministry located in Charlotte, NC. Our focus is to building our community by empowering its people to live productive and whole lives in every area. The vision of The Kingdom Centre is to produce a praise and worship experience of EXCELLENCE.

Qualifications
• Must be a Born-again believer
• Must adhere to the Bible as the only, inerrant Word of God
• Must have a deep call of ministry on your life, not just a desire to do ministry
• Must be musically inclined (quality, blending, harmony) and trainable to enhance these

abilities (we aren't looking for super singers but true worshipers)

Calling
• Must know that you are called, appointed and anointed for this vital leadership role within

the Kingdom

• Must be a worshiper on and off the platform or forefront. There is no calling for

“performers” but rather for those who can worship and spirit and truth.

Commitment
• Should be able to commit to weekly rehearsals in an effort to always offer excellence in our

worship experience

Responsibilities
• To give God and those who worship Him an opportunity to commune together
• Give the Holy Spirit free course so we the people of God can hear and respond
• To lead a life of worship daily that compels others within the Kingdom to practice His

presence on a daily basis
• Be always prepared to flow in the Spirit musically to make each worship experience unique

Accountability
As a part of the Leviticus Praise & Worship Team you will report directly to the Minister of Music who will report the Executive Pastor. Your accountability will be to those who you stand before and minister as well as to all who are connected to this ministry.

GENERATION NEXT YOUTH PASTOR

Are you passionate about cultivating the neXt generation of citizens in the Kingdom of God? Do you have the desire to train this neXt generation on the dynamics of the Kingdom, what role they will play within the Kingdom as well as how to be productive teens leading to successful adulthood?

The Kingdom Centre is a multi-cultural, community based ministry, geared to the building of its community by empowering its people to live productive and whole lives in every area. We are in search of a Lead Youth Pastor to ignite a desire for a genuine relationship with Christ and to equip teens/young adults (ages 12-18) for the spiritual battle they encounter on a daily basis. The Lead Youth Pastor will also encourage and equip parents in developing and enforcing a biblical kingdom-view in their pre-teen/teenager. This position will begin on a voluntary/internship basis and could lead to a salaried position.

Qualifications

Must be a Born-again believer
Must adhere to the Bible as the only, inerrant Word of God
Must have a deep call of ministry on your life, not just a desire to do ministry
Must be willing to adhere to the principles of Kingdom and structure the children’s ministry on these same principles
Must adhere and understand the vision of the Kingdom Centre
Must be able to create an irresistible and interesting environment that makes kids want to come back each week
Must be able to develop a curriculum that captures their attention using methods and resources that they are not only familiar with but show an interest in (music, drama, fashion etc.)
Should be able to understand the various struggles that teens encounter and use Kingdom principles to explain how they can still be successful and not fall prey to the devices that entrap so many teens today (drugs, teen pregnancy, gangs etc)

Responsibilities

Oversee all programming and ministry for the entire Youth ministry which special attention to the pre-teen/teenager/young adult for all services and special events
Choose and prepare curriculum for each program and each age level
Create environments, activities and programming for each group that will facilitate learning and encourage spiritual growth
Compose a strategy for reaching and assimilating new youth/families
Communicate consistently with parents as well as provide tools they need for spiritual leadership at home

Special Expectations

The Youth Pastor should:

Be willing and able to work in a fast paced environment within a variety of settings and circumstances
Exercise discernment and wise judgment especially dealing with teenagers as they will likely be a resource for youth’s to utilize as a confidante
Be able to give extreme attention to details with an eye for excellence to provide our youth an example to emulate
Be a self-starter and great at multi-tasking
Be able to recruit, train and lead teams of volunteers within the Generation neXt Ministry

Reports to:

The Generation neXt Youth Pastor will report directly to the Executive Pastor who reports directly to the Senior Pastor. Your accountability will be to the youth who you will have care of and all attached to this ministry (parents, school officials, youth groups etc)
